Shipping Policy

At BlackBell, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 working days upon receipt of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) — Free on orders over £50; £3.99 on orders below £50. Express Delivery (1–2 working days) — £7.99, available on all orders placed before 2:00 PM. Next Day Delivery — £12.99, subject to availability and order cut-off times.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Failed Deliveries In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. BlackBell accepts no liability for parcels that remain uncollected beyond the carrier's holding period.

Return & Exchange Policy

BlackBell operates in full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. As a customer, you are entitled to the following rights.

Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via e-mail at info@blackbellstore.com within the specified period.

Returning Your Item Following cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. BlackBell reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct an amount from the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If a fault is identified within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will first attempt a repair or replacement. If the fault is identified after 6 months, the burden of proof lies with the customer to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of purchase.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are exempt from our returns policy: unsealed software or digital products, items that have been personalised or custom-made, and perishable goods.
